System Demonstrations
VMT can provide systems demonstrations remotely by allowing you to log on to our demonstrations server. An interactive demonstration is provided over the telephone while you can see the system live on your own PC. Ask questions and see for yourself interactively how the system operates and produces documentation and reports and how you can mange and control vehicle and driver assignment, booking of jobs and eventual dispatch of the vehicle and billing.
Assessment Of Client Requirements
A system demonstration is invariably followed up with a meeting and site visit typically your office. This is to discuss in detail your requirements, provide a further demo of the system and for us to evaluate the technical environment is suitable and then to proceed to Contract.
System Installation & Set–Up
VMT will attend your office and install the application on your designated hardware which will have been agreed at our initial assessment meeting. We will then proceed to set–up all appropriate files and databases so that you can start to enter jobs. In addition, your system will be made part of the VMT Remote Assistance Network that enables us to log on to your PC with your permission, to assistant you through any early stage difficulties you might experience and even technical support issues should these arise.
VMT management understands the hectic nature of running vehicle related businesses whether Chauffeur Drive or Self–Drive and will work with users to ensure that training fits into work patterns which are always given a priority.
User Training
No matter which system is right for your business, user training is a continuous process whether over the telephone and use of our Remote Access Tools or through our frequent client visits to review your use of the system to make sure you are getting the best from it, VMT take training seriously. User and Owner/Manager training is provided within the prices quoted for our systems.
On–Going Support
VMT will provide on–going support of the system. Users are provided a telephone help line and off–site back–up facilities for a small monthly fee. Regular up–grades to the system are available to ensure that the software is always operating as efficiently as possible and that it continues to comply with fiscal and legal requirements.
Continuous Development
The systems provided by VMT undergo continuous development and change to reflect Best Practise and client requirements. All systems are tested by VMT management before release to ensure they comply with countries fiscal and legal requirements. VMT operate a strict acceptance procedure with clients to ensure they are aware of any changes and that they can be fully trained in their use.
Consultancy
VMT management are frequently requested to review companies engaged in Chauffeur Drive and Self–Drive businesses whether to look at ways to optimise vehicle utilisation, fleet mix or ways in which administration can be streamlined to maximise revenue and reduce costs. This can be before or after the introduction of appropriate computer systems.
